1. Which countries do you ship your products to?
The countries/regions we currently support delivery to are as follows:

2. Will you charge sales tax on my order?
No, we do not charge sales tax on all orders placed at Handwovenlamp.
3. Are customs duties included in my order?
No, all orders do not include customs duties and it needs to be paid by the buyer to the customs. The customs duty amount is based on your local customs standards and is charged by customs.
4. How much is the shipping cost for my order and how is it calculated?
Orders are billed for a fixed amount. Shipping is free for orders over $300. Shipping is $18 for orders under $300.
5. Can I expedite my order for a fee?
Yes, you can. You can choose the expedited logistics plan you need on the checkout page and it is calculated based on the product size.
6. When will it be shipped after I place the order?
Your order will take 3-7 business days to process and it will be shipped within 3-7 business days. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Please keep your email active.
7. When will I receive my order after it has been shipped?
Once the order is shipped, shipping will take 20-45 business days (sea shipping).

11. What should I do if I cannot check the logistics status of my order?
Orders are usually shipped by sea to your country, and then transferred to your local courier to deliver to your address. The logistics during sea transportation is not shown on the logistics track.
