Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • All of our products can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, please contact our customer service (service@handwovenlamp.com) to cancel the order. 
  • We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped as it cannot be intercepted during transit. But you can contact us for return and refund after receiving the order.
  • In most cases, we can not cancel orders for customizations, specialty products (items that are not a stock size), or non-returnable items.
  • After you submitting a cancellation request,we will process it for you within 3 days. And we will send the result to you by email. Please pay attention to check it.

Cancellation before payment
1. Sign in "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Cancellation after payment
1. Orders canceled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.
2. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. But you can contact us for return and refund after receiving the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

All orders from Handwovenlamp are eligible for easy returns and exchanges. But please note that return or exchange requests must be made within 14 natural days of receiving your order, and it needs to meet the following conditions.

  1. Make a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods, return the package, and inform us of the return tracking number.
  2. Returned products must be in their original condition and uninstalled.
  3. Have to be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging
  4. Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  5. There must be no missing pieces
  6. Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

After receiving your returned package, our warehouse will inspect it. If the package meets the above description, we will refund you. Please note that we will charge a warehouse processing fee of US$20 per item. Thank you for your understanding!

The buyer is responsible for any returns.

Return Conditions

1. For returns of products without quality issues, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package. All return requests must be approved and authorized by our Customer Service Teams. Only then can it be shipped to our returns address. 

If you return the package to our warehouse without our consent, we will not issue a refund and are not responsible for returning the package.

2. For items with quality or size issues, contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, we will send you the return address immediately.

For the below circumstances, customers could contact us for a return or refund:

  • Received wrong or damaged item(s)
  • Items are not as described on the product page
  • Received faulty item(s)
  • Missing item(s)
  • Poor materials or craftsmanship
  • Other customer reasons for return

Damages

Our warehouse will carefully pack your parcel before shipping. But sometimes logistics violence or accidents may cause your goods to be damaged. Please don't worry. Please contact us immediately if you receive the goods damaged. We will need your help to provide photos of the damage, and we will track the logistics provider's responsibility and compensate you for the losses caused.

We understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually to detect problems and claim promptly. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Contact us at service@handwovenlamp.com, and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. If the product is damaged, we are willing to accept replacement parts, partial refund or full refund. Our service tenet is to satisfy customers!

Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, we will be responsible for the return shipping.

The goods arrived but not picked up

If your order arrives at your address, the courier contacts you for pick up. However, if you fail to pick up the goods within the time limit, the goods will be returned or destroyed. Our company is not responsible. Please double-check the delivery information and address before ordering to avoid unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding and support! 

Return & Exchanges Process

We sincerely invite you to follow our return process carefully to minimize any delays.

  • If your item is qualified to be returned, please Submit a Request to our Support Center stating your order number, product name and Reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
  • Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange a refund or exchange as requested.

Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You can only send package(s) to the address provided to you by our customer service.

2. Please make sure your return package does not accidentally contain non-HandwovenLamp items. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

3. We are not liable for return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Return address and refunds

1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please always contact us at service@handwovenlamp.com before returning the items by Submitting a ticket to obtain the return address. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package you received. We are not responsible if a package returns to the wrong address.

2. The returned package will be signed for by our warehouse and they will check the status of the returned package. Please make sure the returned package meets the return policy.

3. After we initiate a refund, the bank will take 7 business days to process. Once the refund is complete, we will send you a confirmation via email.

4. All PayPal payments can only refunded via PayPal. All Credit Card payments will only refunded to the original Credit Card.


In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have not received a refund after the above time, check your account.
Then contact your credit card company, and your refund may take some time to reach your account. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process the refund. If you’ve done all of them but still have not received your refund, contact us at service@handwovenlamp.com.
